Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping time is currently 6-12 days. 

Shipping is currently free of charge and you will receive a tracking number with your order shipment confirmation. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently only serve Australia. Please keep an eye out for future international options. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jack@cutestufffromcharlies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
